About Us

Golden Isles Striping Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a licensed and insured pavement maintenance and parking lot striping company based in Brunswick, Georgia. We serve commercial properties, resorts, HOAs, municipalities, and private businesses throughout Glynn County and the surrounding Coastal Georgia region.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your relationship with us as a service client. They apply alongside any written estimates, proposals, invoices, or service agreements we provide.

Use of Our Website

Our website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact and quote requests. You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:

Use our website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
Submit false, misleading, or spam contact or quote requests
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our website content without written permission
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our website

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these terms.

Quote Requests & Estimates

Submitting a quote request through our website or by phone does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of service. All estimates and quotes provided by Golden Isles Striping Solutions LLC are:

Based on information provided by the client at the time of request
Subject to on-site inspection and assessment before final pricing is confirmed
Valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
Subject to change if site conditions, scope, or materials differ from what was described

A project is not scheduled or confirmed until a signed agreement or written approval and deposit have been received by Golden Isles Striping Solutions LLC.

Payment Terms

All payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal or invoice. Standard payment structure is as follows:

STANDARD MILESTONE PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Deposit - Due at project kickoff and scheduling confirmation
Progress Payment - Due upon design or phase approval (where applicable)
Final Balance - Due within 30 days of project completion.

Accepted payment methods will be listed on your invoice. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. Golden Isles Striping Solutions LLC reserves the right to pause or suspend work on any project with an overdue balance.

All deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled, except where work is cancelled by Golden Isles Striping Solutions LLC.

Scheduling & Weather Policy

Pavement and striping work is weather-dependent. We will make every reasonable effort to complete your project on the agreed schedule. However, we reserve the right to reschedule work due to:

Rain, high humidity, or temperatures outside acceptable application ranges
Severe weather warnings or unsafe working conditions
Equipment failure or unforeseen site access issues
Conditions that would compromise the quality or durability of the finished work

We will notify clients of any rescheduling as promptly as possible and work to find the earliest available alternative date. Weather-related delays do not constitute a breach of contract and no compensation or penalty will apply in these circumstances.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, clients agree to:

Provide clear, unobstructed access to the work area on the scheduled date
Remove or arrange for removal of vehicles, equipment, and obstructions prior to our crew's arrival
Notify tenants, staff, or customers of scheduled work and any parking restrictions
Ensure any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or drainage features are clearly marked before work begins
Provide accurate property and site information when requesting quotes

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, additional charges, or rescheduling at the client's expense. Golden Isles Striping Solutions LLC is not liable for damages resulting from inaccurate site information provided by the client.

Workmanship & Warranty

Golden Isles Striping Solutions LLC takes pride in the quality of our work. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard materials and equipment. We stand behind our workmanship and will address any defects or deficiencies directly attributable to our work within a reasonable timeframe after project completion.

Our warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear from traffic, weather, or aging
Damage caused by vehicles, equipment, or chemicals after project completion
Pre-existing pavement conditions not disclosed or identified at time of quote
Results affected by the client's failure to follow post-service care instructions (e.g., curing times for sealcoating)
Acts of nature, vandalism, or third-party damage

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of project completion. We will inspect the area and determine the appropriate remedy at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel a scheduled project with a minimum of 48 hours' written notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover crew scheduling, mobilization, and material costs already incurred.

If Golden Isles Striping Solutions LLC must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (equipment failure, crew emergency, weather), we will reschedule at no additional cost to the client. Deposits paid will be applied to the rescheduled project date.

Project cancellations requested by the client after work has begun will be billed for all work completed to that point, plus any materials already purchased or committed for the project.

Photography & Marketing

\Golden Isles Striping Solutions LLC may photograph or video-record completed projects for use in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials. By engaging our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use images or video of completed work on your property for promotional purposes.

We will not identify your property by name or address in marketing materials without your explicit consent. If you prefer that your property not be photographed, please notify us in writing before work begins and we will honor that request.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Isles Striping Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, reliance on any information provided on our site, or any service-related dispute.

Our total liability to any client for any claim related to services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the specific project in question. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

We carry general liability insurance. Certificate of insurance is available upon request before project commencement.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website - including text, images, videos, graphics, logos, and layout - is the property of Golden Isles Striping Solutions LLC or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree that the exclusive venue for any legal proceedings shall be the courts of Glynn County, Georgia. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
